 2003   August   The powder coating line is expanded, responding to the expansion of facilities in Daikin Industries. A new stationary powder-baking furnace was built, preparing for the order of large-sized casing.

1994 July Yoshikazu Nakao, former president, was appointed chairman. Tatsu Nakao assumed the presidency.

1980   September   Introduced a new production method (PNA).
1979   September   Scraped the company housing, extended the factory and built a new office building to enhance the production capacity and to streamline administration.

1976   September   Auxiliary equipment added to the second powder coating equipment.
1974   September   The second powder coating equipment completed.
1973   March   The first powder coating equipment completed.
1972   December   Wastewater treatment equipment completed for pollution prevention.
1972   July   Extended the factory to enhance the metal surface treatment and coating processes.
1972   March   The Parker Sakai Factory demolished
1971   June   Equipment at the Parkerizing Sakai Factory was moved to the factory at the headquarters to streamline the logistics and management and to establish a substantial integrated production system.
1969   December   Purchased a land adjacent to Parkerizing Sakai Factory.
1969   November   Sold the land in Fukaihatayama-cho, Sakai.
1968   December   Nakao Metal Engineering Industry and Sakai Parkerizing were merged to have an integrated production system from can manufacturing, sheet metal processing, welding to metal surface treatment and coating.
1968   November   The headquarters and factory of Nakao Metal Engineering Industry was moved to the current location.
1968   June   Purchased a land, where the current headquarters and factories were built, and started construction of a new factory to respond to the increased order.
1967   November   Okuno Iron Works was renamed Nakao Metal Engineering Industry Co., Ltd.
1967   September   The site of Sakai Parkerizing was extended, the old factory was demolished, and a new factory was built to enhance the coating facilities and to promote the streamlining.

1961   July   Okuno Iron Works was incorporated. A new factory was built in Fukaihatayama-cho, Sakai and the headquarters were moved there.
1960     Established Sakai Parkerizing Co., Ltd. in Fukaisawa-machi, Sakai as a subsidiary of Nihon Parkerizing in advance of reclamation of the coastal industrial zone in Sakai and Sennan. The major business domains of the company were sales of metal antirust and wear-proofing chemicals, outsourced processing and coating.
1948     Resumed production after the temporary shutdown in the postwar days.
1943     The factory was converted to be a munition factory on a war footing. The major production was shifted to the can manufacturing.
1927     Okuno Iron Works was founded for spinning and weaving machine processing in Ootoriminami-machi, Sakai
